Bescor 50 watt on-camera light w/6volt btty & barn doors

Jean has a 40/20 watt light that doesn't quite get the job done sometimes, but this 50 watter has never let me down. I can cut the light down with the doors without worrying about a color temp change. This is a sturdy light that has taken a beating for three years and works perfectly. As a bonus, it will handle either dc or ac and we used it a little while on ac back when we used to do some even portrait work. This light has seen a lot of shooting! I don't know how long the battery lasts, but it's always gotten me through dark wedding receptions.

The battery is pretty heavy. I keep it in a small backpack which I either wear or wrap around my tripod.
