Hello Everyone,
Here is my first highlight of the year. I am still doing these for free sort of to get practice for this year where I am selling them, so I am experimenting with different styles of music, and trying to push the envelope on music and style/genre etc. I don't know that all of the video fits the music here, but I think there are some parts that really work. Thanks for any comments or critiques in advance...
Bill

Wow! Man that's awesome. That is not at all my style of music...in fact I hate it just to be quite honest with you. But the truth is it really doesn't matter what the editor or anyone else thinks about the style of music if it is THEIR style of music. I am editing one right now in which the bride picked out several Rod Stewart songs. Again...yuck! But it is what she wants so that is what matters. Now assuming that the couple likes the music you have a great piece of work there. Definately off the beaten path. The cut to the beat is excellent. Your video quality seems to be great overall as well. I have little time here so that's about the best eval. I can give right now. I will try to watch it again soon and see if I can do any better on evaluation. I just wish I could do that good on my product!  Wink

Great job.

It takes guts and a lot of creativity to break out of the mold and do a video like this!

I liked the video and I liked the music too (but OK, you can put the C&W back on now).

Bill, I'd like to hear more about how you did this both on the shoot and on the edit.  I'll bet others would too.

Did you use a Glidecam?
