Dear Colleague,
As you probably know Video 09 has been cancelled.
Arrangements have been made to present a complimentary all day workshop on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 in Orlando Florida.
There will not be any cost to attend for any of those who paid a registration fee for Video 09.
Other videographers will be admitted on a space available basis and be asked for a contribution to cover the costs of presenting this workshop.
The location will be the same as previously scheduled.

We are scheduled to meet in Room 1928.
Plan on arriving around 9:30 am for a 10:00 am start.
Our on-site coordinator is Julian St. Pierre and he will arrive around noon on Monday.

This event is not connected with any video association and is being produced entirely by the volunteer efforts and contributions of videographers across the county.
