I have nothing to sell.

Seeing as there are no "feedback" forums anywhere on this board, I figure here is as good as any.

Okay, my question. Everytime I click "Show unread posts since last visit", I get no search results. All I get is "No unread topics found since your last visit." It's been this way forever, even when I haven't logged-in for months. I wonder if there's something wrong with the board, or could it be my personal settings (I haven't touched anything, honest).

edit: NVM, I just found the "Website Issues, Suggestions & Comments" forum hiding in the middle of my screen.

Sorry - I guess we don't often look this far down on the forum topics.

The feature you're talking about may (I haven't looked at the php code) depend upon your membership id and if you are viewing as a guest (i.e.: you have not logged in) then it has no way of knowing who you are and what you've previously viewed.

On the other hand, some boards use cookies for this purpose, but often security settings on a computer are set so tight that cookies are not allowed.

I hope this helps.  If not, you can always view the last post date/time column (far right) for each topic.

I'll try to be better about checking all the topics in the future!

I don't think I realized it went this far down. I must be bored.

I don't click on anything to see what I have missed since my last visit. When the forums page loads all of the categories with new postings are a darker and bolder blue. Click on the category and all of the posts I haven't read have the "new" tag next to them. I have never needed that function so I never realized it was optional.
